South West Community Foundation operates across the 6 municipalities of south west Victoria. We are seeking donations and bequests from the community to grow its Trust Funds from which investment income is used to make grants to charitable causes in the region.

The Foundation particularly seeks to build and strengthen the resilience and capacity of small communities and regional community support organisations.
